Tracking Congress

For those who may be interested in tracking what Congress and our representatives are doing, visit Govtrack.us. Govtrack.us is a nonpartisan website designed to help the public research and track the activities in the U.S. Congress, promoting government transparency and civic education through novel uses of technology. The motivation for this project is to open up access to information about our government and to make public participation easier and public oversight more powerful. Launched in 2004, Govtrack.us can help you find the status of U.S. federal legislation, voting records for the Senate and House of Representatives, information on Members of Congress, district maps, as well as Congressional committees and the Congressional Record. Access to Govtrack.us is free and open to everyone. You may also create yourself a free account on Govtrack.us that will enable you to receive email updates on things you want to track.
